Challenge

As the license holder for MasterCard in Argentina, Fiserv needed to evolve its offering to match its marketing strategy. Key priorities included improving the MasterAssist travel assistance service, streamlining online loan processing, and redesigning how expense summaries were displayed—replacing limited data fields with meaningful insights.

Solution

We extended legacy system functionality to include updates to MasterAssist, loan management, loyalty programs, campaign oversight, and current account handling. We also added new data layers for medical assistance services and developed a web platform within the Call Center interface to manage these enhancements.

Outcome

The client improved its market positioning with an expanded service offering. The system enabled more effective customer communication and faster responsiveness. Loan incentive campaigns were deployed via MasterCard, and the presentation of bonus statements was unified and modernized.
