Motta Internacional, a global logistics and retail group, operated multiple ERP systems (some legacy, others fragmented) across separate instances. As the systems began to fall short of business needs, the company sought to unify platforms and requested a comprehensive software assessment to select the right world-class ERP.
We designed a two-track analysis focused on business processes and technical infrastructure. First, we built an As-Is operational model based on Motta’s internal workflows, organizational structure, and system usage.
Then, we developed a multidimensional evaluation framework customized to their complexity and localization requirements, assessing two top-tier ERP platforms against agreed criteria.
Motta received an objective, data-backed recommendation aligned with its operational goals. In addition to choosing the optimal ERP, the company obtained a practical roadmap of pre-implementation actions, including data preparation, process alignment, and stakeholder onboarding.
