Challenge

The client was investing excessive time in the manual creation of data structures within SAP HCM and Financial Systems. This limited efficiency and blocked teams from focusing on more valuable work.

Solution

We implemented automation using Microsoft Power Automate, leveraging its seamless integration with SAP to improve speed and reduce operational costs. We began by automating OT transfers for environment migration, followed by workflows (e.g., approval chains and exception handling). Manual and automated steps coexisted during early stages to ensure continuity.

We then extended automation across SAP HCM and Financial Systems, with plans to finalize the process through automated regression testing.
